What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, email, company, project details and any drawings you attach. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a sample or quote, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Your drawings
Drawings are confidential. They are used only for your project, accessed only by the team working on it, and never shared or published without your written permission. We sign mutual NDAs on request before any drawings change hands.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data only to deliver those services.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry emails and project files only as long as needed for the work and our records. To have your information or drawings deleted, email [email protected].
